Naturally Fermented with Wild Yeast
When we say everything we do is naturally fermented with wild yeast - we mean it! We don't use commercial yeast in any of our breads or bakes. From our sourdough artisan loaves to our croissants and conchas - you can be sure everything starts with water and flour and we let the wild yeast do the rest! This gives all of our leavened breads and bakes a tanginess and depth of flavor that we love, especially when combined with the lovely organic, heritage wheats milled by the team at Barton Srpings Mills.
