These tiny custard cakes with their caramelized, crunchy exterior and tender, custard interior are a Bordeaux classic, and sure to be your new favorite.  Made with Barton Springs Mills Yecora Rojo Flour, Warne Bee Farms Beeswax, Plugra Premium Butter, Mill King Milk, and Cedar Ridge Farm Eggs.  Did we score some Jersey Girls Milk Co Chocolate Milk this week? We sure did!  We're sharing the bounty by making Chocolate Canelé!  Plain Chocolate, or Fancy Filled with Dark Arts Chocolate Ganache and topped with a mini Dark Arts Chocolate Chunk!  Choose either Classic or Fancy Filled - or the best of both with a mixed pack!
